Troubleshooting common installation issues

This is a standard Android security feature; we sign our APK with a verified certificate. If you're on iOS and the web app won't load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you're having trouble logging in after installation, check that your internet connection is stable and that you're using the correct username or email. Data, permissions, and account security
We request only the permissions we need: internet access to connect to our servers, and on Android, permission to send you push notifications for live events.
